What is the order process?
Typically orders can be shipped in 1-3 business days. However, depending on what other products are in production, it may take up to 5-7 business days.
When making a purchase, am I getting all the items in the picture?
The price listed are for one of the item unless otherwise noted on that item's details.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are on an individual bases. Refunds are not given due to dislike of scent, texture or design. These things are a matter of personal preference. We do our best to describe the scent as noted by the manufacturer. Our products are handmade in small batches so the scent, texture and design may differ from batch to batch.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns due to sanitary reasons. Once an order is shipped, the sale is final.
How long are the bar soaps good for?
We recommend you use your bar soap within 6 months of purchase to get the best out of the fragrance. Sometimes fragrances can fade over time. However, it will still be a great bar of soap well after the scent has faded.
Can I cancel my order?
An order may be canceled before shipping. Once your order is shipped, the sale is final. Canceled orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee. We reserve the right to cancel and/or adjust an order if no response is received by the purchaser.
Do you offer international shipping?
We are not set up for international shipping yet. Please keep in touch with us for updates.
Do you create custom gift sets?
We'd be happy to customize some of our products for you, but we cannot guarantee it. Please send us an email or message us via our social media, or website. Please keep in mind, the soap making process takes 4-6 weeks.
Missing or Damaged packages:
We are so sorry this happened! However, White Orchard Soap Company is not responsible for missing or damaged packages. If the items in your package are damaged, immediately contact the delivering service and White Orchard Soap Company. Please send us pictures of both the box/packaging and items so a claim can be made. We are not responsible for missing packages. Please understand that we are a small business and cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages. We will absolutely do our best to work with you and the postal delivering service.
We are not responsible for "act of God" damages. These damages may include extreme heat, extreme freezing, drought, flood, natural disaster, etc. If damages occur from one of these acts, please contact the delivery service and White Orchard Soap Company immediately.
